Refund policy
We accept returns of unused products within 5 days of order delivery.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns not meeting the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Please use a reliable courier service with tracking for returns.
- Once received and approved, refunds are credited within 2–3 working days via bank transfer or UPI.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee will be deducted.
Important Notes:
- Products damaged by misuse, UV exposure, water, fire, etc., are not eligible for return.
- For exchanges, if the requested color/size is unavailable, a refund will be initiated, which will be credited within 7-10 business days.
- Exchange product delivery will be done within 5-7 days, once return received.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refuse delivery if you wish to cancel after shipping, or return the product as per the above process.
